Five Ways to Bake Cheese

Warm cheese has a tantalizing texture. Luckily, it's easy to create - especially in an oven. All sorts of methods and cheeses make for delicate, deliciously gooey warm cheese. From simple snacks to elaborate meals, baking cheese always leads to something scrumptious. .

Try these baked cheese recipes and tips and you'll be savoring a warm delight in no time!

- The quickest way to enjoy baked cheese is with our premade Brie en Croute. Perfect as an appetizer or dessert, the creaminess and full flavor of our classic signature Brie comes alive with the included chutney toppings. Surrounded by a thin layer of crispy, crumbly pastry, the all-natural Brie and chutneys are rich in flavor and texture. Choose from our Cranberry, Spiced Apple and Caramelized Onion varieties.

- Breaded and Baked Goat Cheese is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to enjoy the ultra fresh flavor of Ile de France Goat Cheese. Just spread a bit of olive oil on a log and coat it with breadcrumbs. Use a bread roller to make tasty breadcrumbs with any high quality toasted bread (sourdough and whole grain are perfect). Bake the breaded fromage on a cookie sheet or shallow pan at 375 degrees for about five minutes until it's warm all the way through and feels soft when pressed. Serve with crackers, vegetables or a salad.

- Making Blue Cheese Baked Potatoes with our authentic Roquefort Blue Cheese is the perfect way to turn a common baked side dish into a gourmet treat. Our Roquefort's luxurious texture and pungent aroma makes it the perfect punctuation for potatoes. Its satisfying profile and incredible creaminess makes it truly ideal for the hearty and mild flavor of potatoes. Bake your spuds at 400 degrees for about an hour, remove them, slice the top and sprinkle with Roquefort. Place them back in the oven until the cheese melts deep into the potatoes.

- For a delightful baked entrée, lasagna is about as classic as it gets. Our Lasagna Series features some truly unique and flavorful recipes. For example, the Zucchini and Brie Lasagna features the perfect environment for our Brie – zucchini, spinach and tomato sauce bring out all the complexities of its flavors. For something even more savory, try the Roquefort Lasagna with Cauliflower and Walnuts.
