on the First Thursday, of June (06/03/2010). An apéritif is a well-known ritual of French-style "art de vivre", a special time for discussion and festivity. It provides a simple, informal way to enjoy a broad variety of foods, enabling us to highlight a wide range of French products such as cheeses, meats, wine and produce to give people around the globe an opportunity to re-discover and share French food culture.

Take bri cheese and wrap it in a cressant roll and stuff some aspagus in there than paint on a layer of beaten egg and bake in the oven. cut into slices for your guest yumness
