I have never been to France but I can tell you how much I love their cheese. Especially the Brie and the Goat Cheeses...mmmmm

Thank you very much!! I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a whole wheel of brie! It's my favorite and to have the wonderful crackers was just the complete touch. Haven't tried the goat cheese with herbs but am looking forward to it. Most of it will be saved for a wedding rehearsal dinner in a couple weeks--won't they all be impressed? Thanks again to everyone and the packing etc. was above anything I expected.

I love Ile de France cheese, we usually have a party once a month and for Independence Day we are having a BBQ and wine and cheese extravaganza ~ everyone has to bring something with cheese incorporated into the dish ~ should be interesting.

I went to the Tour de France year before last and really got an education in both cycling and cheese selecting...I was not surprized to find out Ile de France cheeses are real best sellers there too.
