Goat Cheese Dips

Creamy Goat Cheese, Tomato & Chive Dip

Our fresh, slightly salty Goat Cheese serves as the base for this dip which also highlights the deep flavor of chives, garlic and onions with the tang of fresh tomatoes. This is a hearty dip, perfect for mild flavored dippers like veggies and even bread.

Mix:
- 4 ounces of Ile de France Goat Cheese
- 4 tablespoons of mayo
- 3 ounces of sour cream

Then stir in 4 cloves of fresh garlic and handfuls of chopped onions and chives. Serve with a dash of pepper and, if desired, hot sauce. If less thickness is desired, add cream or 2 percent milk.

Goat Cheese and Horseradish Dip

Goat cheese and horseradish share a fresh taste that when combined creates a delightfully tangy flavor sensation. It features a unique taste that isn't overwhelming and goes well with vegetables, chips, potatoes and meats.

Mix:
- 1 1/2 cup of goat cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons of horseradish
- 1 tablespoon of chili oil and as dash of salt and pepper.

Ile de France Roquefort Cheese Yogurt Dip

Greek yogurt has a robust texture and mellow flavor that makes it a perfect base for many dips and toppings. To make a simple blue cheese dip that's refreshing and surprisingly light, try combining shallots and garlic with:

- About 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup of mayo
- ½ cup of Ile de France Roquefort

Use a dash of hot sauce, black pepper and fresh chives to top it off.

St. Agur Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip

Buffalo blue cheese dip is ubiquitous at sports bars and makes a truly flavorful dip that's famously delicious when enjoyed with beer. While often served on chicken wings, buffalo blue cheese flavor also makes a great pair with vegetables, chicken strips and spicy flavored chips and crackers. To make your own gourmet version of this tangy and smooth dip simply:

- Crumble 1/3 cup of St. Agur into a mixing bowl.
- Add a cup of sour cream along with chives and onions to taste.

Finish it with your favorite hot sauce, buffalo sauce or seasoning, to taste.
