Discover a delicious PDO French blue cheese that's incredibly soft and creamy. Made in France with time-honored methods, Ile de France Bleu d'Auvergne has an irresistibly distinctive taste!

In 1845 Antoine Roussel, the son of a farmer from the Auvergne region, had the idea to seed his milk-curd with a blue mould he had seen developing on rye bread. He then pierced his cheese with a needle and Bleu d'Auvergne was born.

Soft and creamy with a label and distinctive taste of blue.

Perfect for a cheese board or use it as an ingredient in soup, sauce or on a sandwich.

Perfect paired with a sweet white wine that is natural and fruity.

I wish you would start offering Blue de Bresse in your inventory. I found it the best soft blue cheese I ever tasted.
