ile de france brie cheese is such a wonderful memory enhancer...it is the fond memory of sitting at an umbrella table on the streets of paris having a wonderful french brie cheese with fruit and jams and delicious fragrant baquets....Ahhh thanks for the memories whenever i serve your lovely brie cheese!!!

I have to control myself when it comes to ILE de France Brie it's so so good! Usually I eat it just the way it is with crackers or good Artesian Bread and before you know it it's 1/2 gone! I'm French on my Mother's side and cannot live without a great cheese like your's! Bon Appetite and Happy Bastille Day!

I just made an appetizer using your brand of chevre cheese. I will be posting it on my site later today. I stuffed dates with goat cheese, wrapped it with a basil leaf and then with bacon. Baked for 20 minutes and you could make a meal out them!

Your cheese is the greatest! Use it in too many recipes to list and it is good just to eat as a snack. Thanks for the opportunity.
