  • Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. small, firm potatoes
  • 8 oz. Fourme d'Ambert
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley
Direction
  • Boil the potatoes, unpeeled, in salted water. Peel potatoes and place in small oven-safe dish.
  • Blend the cheese, cream, seasonings and parsley.
  • Pour the cheese mixture over the potatoes, and then place under broiler just until the top is browned.
