Did you know that July is national grilling month? Outdoor grilling is a great summer activity that combines sunny weather and great FOOD! We know how mouth watering melted cheese is, so excuse us while we have a #FlavorMeltdown! Through the end of summer, we’ll be sharing with you the most tempting grilling recipes that call for delicious Brie, Roquefort, or Goat cheese!

Our first #FlavorMeltdown recipe is from Anna and Lisa of the food blog, Garnish With a Lemon. They’ve got a simple, yet savory grilled peppers with goat cheese recipe that is perfect for snacking or served as an appetizer.

The grilled peppers provide a char flavor and a little snap, while the Goat Cheese provides a melty, tangy contrast.
