What are your plans for life after retirement?
Spending more time gardening, traveling or collecting stamps?

Have you ever thought about making cheese?

Kathleen and Andrzej moved to Belize, the only English-speaking nation in Central America, to start a new life after retirement. The couple bought a farm in a rural area, near ancient Maya ruins and started to raise pigs, goats, sheep’s and other farm animals. Since there is only one dairy in Belize and imported cheeses from the US are very expensive and limited, Andrzej decided to make his own cheese.
