Ingredients:2 ea. Peaces of Foccacia bread
1 ea. Gala apple, thinly sliced
3 oz caramelized onions
2 ea slices hickory smoked bacon, cooked
5 ea slices of Ile De France BrieDirections:

-place bread on pannini press and top with, gala apple, caramelized onions, crisp bacon, cheese and top with second piece of bread, close the pannini press and cook for 3 to 5 min until bread is crisp.
