Today is one of our favorite Food Holidays: National Cheese Fondue Day!

How better to celebrate than with cheese, glorious cheese! What’s a good cheese fondue recipe to try, you ask yourself? Look no further- we’ve found a terrific recipe using Emmental and Gruyere from Raymund at Ang Sarap. “Ang Sarap”, by the way, means “It’s Delicious” in the Filipino language of Tagalog, and delicious it is! Thursdip: Creamy Blue Cheese Spinach Dip

Hello Cheese- Lovahs! Every Thursday we highlight an awesome blogger’s cheese dip recipe- hence:  Thurs-dip!

Sometimes a healthy dish just needs the decadent flavor of cheese to make it yummy and savory! Whitney from Little Leopard Book  makes the genius pairing of Spinach and Blue Cheese, for a flavor packed healthy snack! Can you just imagine tasting the hearty dip on the end of a sliced baguette?
