Laura Werlin is one of the cheese world’s favorite writers. She is the award-winning author of five books on the subject, is a sought-after speaker and spokesperson for consumer and trade organizations, and is a frequent television and radio guest. Her sixth book “Mac & Cheese, Please!” will be released at the end of the year. Also Werlin is an instructor at The Cheese School of San Francisco, and will start teaching an American cheese class there on October 9th.
