ChefsBest tasted category leaders of imported goat cheese via
a panel of independent chefs. And the one they declared best in
flavor, aroma and texture was Ile de France® Le Chèvre - The
brand was rated highest in overall quality among its competitors
for its texture, aroma character, flavor intensity, and many more
features. The chèvre was also rated highest for taste balance as
well as sweet and salt intensity.
Importing the creamiest French Goat Cheese, made from the rich milk of grass-fed
goats, with a fresh, tangy and slightly salty flavor, made us America's favorite.
Now Chefs and consumers all agree: Ile de France Le Chèvre is Best.
The ChefsBest® Award for Best Taste is awarded to

This new award follows in the footsteps of our popular Brie and Goat Cheese, which were also given top honors in numerous culinary magazines in 2006 for flavor, freshness, and quality.
Ile de France Goat Cheese was named "The
Best Fresh Goat Cheese" of all domestic and imported brands by a panel of
editors at Fine
Cooking magazine, issue of June 2006.
In its October issue of 2006, Food & Wine magazine
explored supermarket cheeses for
its popular Taste Test column, in search of the best Brie in
the case. Once again,
Ile
de France won top honors, with the tester panel calling our
Le Brie "buttery
and mild."
Thank you to all our cheese enthusiast who entertained and celebrated with Ile de France cheese... and have helped give Ile de France something to celebrate as well!
