Mini Skewers of Parma ham with St. Agur Cheese

- Ingredients: (makes 12 skewers)
- 4 slices of Parma ham
- 12 sun-dried tomatoes
- 3.5 oz. St. Agur

Direction
- Cut the slices of ham into 3 strips lengthwise, and spread them out on a board.
- Put on each slice a knob of cheese previously crushed by a fork.
- Next, lay down a sun-dried tomato.
- Roll up and skewer.
- Keep the mini-skewers refrigerated (for a minimum of one hour) and serve chilled.
