Mini Skewers of Parma ham with St. Agur Cheese

  • Ingredients: (makes 12 skewers)
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • 12 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3.5 oz. St. Agur
Direction
  • Cut the slices of ham into 3 strips lengthwise, and spread them out on a board.
  • Put on each slice a knob of cheese previously crushed by a fork.
  • Next, lay down a sun-dried tomato.
  • Roll up and skewer.
  • Keep the mini-skewers refrigerated (for a minimum of one hour) and serve chilled.
