  • 12 oz St. André cheese
  • 8 oz seedless red grapes
  • 1 oz fresh tarragon chopped
  • 1 baguette (sliced and toasted)
  • 1 tbsp 20 year balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Port wine vinaigrette
  • 3-4 tbsp cashews, roasted
Instructions
  1. 1 cup olive oil
  2. 1 cup vegetable oil
  3. 1 cup red wine vinegar
  4. 1/2 cup port wine
  5. 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  6. To taste salt and pepper
  7. 4 cloves garlic
