Grilled baguette with membrillo topped with brie cheese & crisp pear.
  • 1 Baguette
  • (sliced diagonally brushed with olive oil and grilled)
  • 1 Container Membrillo (also known as quince paste, available in specialty stores)
  • 1 Asian Pear, sliced
  • 1 wheel of Il de France Brie (13.2 oz)
  1. For each crostini, take one piece of warm grilled baguette and spread some membrillo onto one side.
  2. Top the membrillo with a slice of Brie and finish with a crisp piece of Asian pear.
