Ile de France Brie
Grilled baguette with membrillo topped with brie cheese & crisp pear.
Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- (sliced diagonally brushed with olive oil and grilled)
- 1 Container Membrillo (also known as quince paste, available in specialty stores)
- 1 Asian Pear, sliced
- 1 wheel of Il de France Brie (13.2 oz)
Instructions
- For each crostini, take one piece of warm grilled baguette and spread some membrillo onto one side.
- Top the membrillo with a slice of Brie and finish with a crisp piece of Asian pear.
