Vol-au-vents filled with Suprême cheese, cured ham and prunes


Preparation time: 5 minutes · Servings: 4 · No cooking involved
Honey fruit skewers with Suprême cheese
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 oz of SUPREME cheese
  • 4 small slices of cured ham (1,5 oz)
  • 8 pitted prunes
Direction
  • Cut the prunes and the slices of cured ham into two long ways.
  • Cut the SUPREME cheese into 8 pieces of equal size.
  • Stuff the prunes with the cheese, and roll the ham strips around them.
    (Support the rolls by using a wooden pick.)
  • Warm up the vol-au-vents in the oven at 400° for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
