La Morbiflette

  • Ingredients:
  • 17.5 oz. of Morbier
  • 3 big onions
  • 5 pounds of potatoes
  • 10.5 oz. of smoked bacon
  • Pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg



Direction
  • Steam the potatoes, peel and dice them.

  • In a large skillet, stir the bacons and the shredded onions until golden brown.
    Add the diced potatoes and stir well and cook through for a few minutes.

  • Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the Morbier cut into slices at the last time.


  • Serve the Morbiflette as soon as the Morbier is melted.
