Crusty bread with Morbier

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 slices of country bread
  • 4 slices of Morbier
  • 4 slices of smoked ham
  • White wine from Jura - 1/2 glass
  • 1/2 onion
  • Salt and pepper



Direction
  • Soak the bread slices with Jura White wine.

  • Cover it with a smoked ham slice and shredded onions.

  • Season with salt and pepper. Then add the slice of Morbier.


  • Put in the oven: 410°F for 20 minutes.
