Tropical Fruit and Cheese Platter


  • Ingredients:
  • Suggested Fruits:
  • Mangoes, papayas, pineapple, strawberries, melons, apples,
    pears, grapes, kiwis and star fruit.
  • Suggested Cheeses:
  • Chaumes®
  • Doux de Montagne®
  • Etorki® Sheep’s Milk Cheese
  • Fol Epi® (Wild Wheat Emmental)
  • Frico® Gouda
  • Frico® Edam
  • Denmark's Finest® Havarti
  • Queso Fresco (leave whole as this is a semi-soft cheese.)
Direction
  • Create a tray of chunked cheeses and cut-up fruits.
  • For a unique presentation, leave the rinds on the fruits for ease in picking up and eating.
  • Make sure you thoroughly wash all fruit when leaving the rind on. Fruits that change color when exposed to air may be dunked in a bowl of lemon water prior to plating.
  • Serve with a selection of fine crackers.
