A Glass 0f Boursault, Greek Style


Preparation time: 20 minutes · Servings: 4 Glasses


  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Boursault
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced coriander
  • 4 tablespoons cubed multicolored bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • Salt and pepper



Direction
  • Peel the cucumber. Remove the heart and seeds. Cut into pieces and put in the blender with the Boursault and the coriander.

  • Set to a fast speed to obtain a fine purée. While mixing, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Add olive oil.

  • Pour mixture into glasses. Garnish with chives and cubes of bell pepper.

  • Serve cold.
