Boursault on Toasted Gingerbread


Preparation time: 10 minutes · Servings: 8


  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Boursault
  • 16 slices of toasted gingerbread
  • 1 tablespoon of minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon of quince jelly
  • Salt and pepper



Direction
  • With a fork, crush the cheese and chives together. Add salt and pepper.

  • Form the cheese into small balls, then place them between two slices of toasted gingerbread.

  • Garnish each slice with a bit of quince jelly, and decorate with chives.
