Boursault and Cod Fillet Appetizers


Preparation time: 20 minutes · Servings: 8


  • Ingredients:
  • 1 Boursault
  • 1/2 Baguette
  • 3.5 oz. unsalted cod fillet
  • A bunch of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • A few pink peppercorns (baies roses)



Direction
  • Slice the baguette into 0.5 inch thick pieces. Lightly brown them in the oven.

  • Grill the cod for 7 minutes or until flaky, then remove skin.

  • Wash and chop the parsley and mix with a bit of Boursault, then spread on the baguette slices. Top with the cod filets.


  • Garnish with a dash of olive oil and the pink peppercorns.
