Boursault and Cod Fillet Appetizers

- Ingredients:
- 1 Boursault
- 1/2 Baguette
- 3.5 oz. unsalted cod fillet
- A bunch of parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- A few pink peppercorns (baies roses)

Direction
- Slice the baguette into 0.5 inch thick pieces. Lightly brown them in the oven.
- Grill the cod for 7 minutes or until flaky, then remove skin.
- Wash and chop the parsley and mix with a bit of Boursault, then spread on the baguette slices. Top with the cod filets.
- Garnish with a dash of olive oil and the pink peppercorns.
